Refund policy

LoveHeld honors a 30-day return/refund on all made-to-order items for store credit, meaning the customer has 30 days after receiving the item to request a return for store credit. A $10 restocking fee is applied per returned made-to-order item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition. Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered from original sales listing including length, ring color or any other alteration, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@loveheld.com Maranda (LoveHeld's owner/designer/seamstress) will reply with instructions on how and where to return/ship the package. Unaltered and unused made-to-order items are eligible for return/refund for store credit. Made-to-order items returned without first requesting a return for store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work swiftly correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items must be NEW in complete packaging, unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Returns are not accepted on sale or clearance items, preorder or custom items, mystery sale items, fabric bundles, fabric sample swatches, gift cards/donations or any items that have been altered in anyway including ring color/length changes prior to shipping or otherwise.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you'll get the new exchanged item home as quickly as possible is to return the previously purchased item and make a separate purchase for the new item while it is still in stock. (The return/exchange process can take a little time to complete, contact Maranda as soon as possible to assist if wanted.)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return made-to-order item for store credit. A $10 restocking fee will be assigned per item and any shipping cost deducted. Alteration fees are nonrefundable.
