    Over and over again, this company wins my heart. Most recently I was able to purchase several items for my dream of having two bedding sets. I shared in the group that I was hoping to find good combinations for my new duvet and blanket that I love together. Maranda took time aside to take many pictures of different ideas together that made me fall in love with one in particular. She made me a custom order of Bailey throw pillow covers and a custom Bailey throw out of the very last pieces of the fabric she had. They are so perfect to match my Harbor duvet and Honey blanket! I am thrilled, not only with the products as they are amazing, but especially with the customer service and care for each customer. I also had the opportunity to purchase a king size cloud flat sheet and king size cloud pillowcases as well as queen size harbor pillowcases. I love all of them in person so much. The Harbor pillowcases surprised me a little with a different texture than the other linens I was used to. Different, yet still soft and amazing! Cloud is absolutely gorgeous in person; how you can make something so simple and white appear even better and perfect in person, I’ll never understand! This particular interaction with Maranda made me feel so special, so very loved, and honestly like I mattered more than I can express. I recently was briefly considering buying a sling from another company and mistakenly mixed something up in their Facebook group. The owner’s response to me was completely different, and turned me off from buying from them entirely. It was clear this particular owner didn’t care about keeping me as a potential customer. I’ve never ever been made to feel that way when purchasing from LoveHeld. Maranda really does truly love her customers, and that really matters to me, and many others!
