Shipping

Packages are expected to arrive within 2-4 business days after the order has been shipped via USPS for USA purchases (pending no major shipping delays.) An email notification will be issued as soon as your beautiful package is ready for shipment containing the tracking information.

Pre-Order items ship home according to their estimated time of completion.  

Additional taxes or custom charges for International shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

We do not accept returns if the item has been used, washed, or cut/altered in any way. Please be alert/mindful of the textile chosen. Normal fabric "nubs" and weaver's knots or small "imperfections" can be a usual part of the naturalistic woven style of our soft textiles. All items are inspected before shipping.  

Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of ship date, for store credit.

Returns are not accepted on Pre-Order items or custom slings, unless due to manufacturer defect.

Please Note: All items are handmade with love and care by Maranda and her dedicated team. Slight differences in color or cosmetic imperfections may occur from one carrier/item to the next as these are items, crafted by humbled serving hands. Each item is made following best manufacturer practices/guidelines, of the highest standards, with quality tested textiles and quality tested rings for the carriers.
